As an Executive Interim Manager, I combine strategic thinking with operational implementation skills – always with the goal of achieving impact. For over three decades, I have worked with companies – from corporations to startups – from a wide range of market segments.
I have many years of experience focusing on medical technology and the metalworking industry – with successful involvement in international projects within Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
In my mandates, I assume responsibility as an interim manager, strategist, sales expert or change leader – always with the goal of achieving measurable results and establishing sustainable structures in sales.
